Dr. Michael Aepli published the dissertation "The procedural seizure of electronically stored data in criminal law".
In the Basel Commentary International Criminal Law he commented to mutual assistance in criminal matters, in particular on Art. 18 (provisional measures), Art. 18a (surveillance of postal and telecommunications traffic), Art. 74 (handing over of evidence) and Art. 74a IMAC (handing over of objects or assets for the purpose of forfeiture or return).
He will comment on the same articles in the new edition of the Basel Commentary on international criminal law to be published in 2027.

Thanks to her many years of experience as a court clerk at the District and Labour Court of Zurich, Nadine Truttmann has in-depth knowledge of labour law and contract law, as well as extensive experience in settlement negotiations and civil procedure law.
As an attorney-at-law in Zug and Zurich, she advises and represents companies and private individuals, focusing on corporate law and contract law, particularly employment law. Nadine Truttmann is a speaker at the Employment Law Colloquium of the Zurich Society for Personnel Management (zgp) and is therefore very familiar with contract and employment law issues in both SMEs and large companies.
As a notary public of the Canton of Zug, she also assists clients, particularly those with an international background, in complex corporate law transactions and handles the notarial certification of all necessary legal transactions.
